The year has started out with a lot of great things going on here in Ron Burns Studio and I wanted to share some of the news with you.
It began whith my painting a commission of "Riggs" the yellow lab. How can that not be fun. He was a true joy to paint for a very dear, long-time friend, who had to say good-bye to him last year, due to old age. Riggs had a long full-life and will be remembered forever with his colorful painting.
I know how many of my collectors love labs, so I thought "Riggs" might be the next colorful limited edition to offer. I would love to hear from you, whether you would like to see it as a canvas or paper edition. Paper allows you to tie it in with your surrounding decor, while canvas has that "original" painting look and feel. What size would you? The original is 36" x 24" and we never reproduce an original painting at the same size or larger than how it was painted. We would only reproduce a small run, so you would have the opportunity to collect a very exclusive edition of "Riggs". And we would offer "pre-release" pricing for the first several months.
